Conservapedia!

I know a lot of people are used to relying upon Wikipedia for all their encyclopedia needs, but there is a new kid on the block. Conservapedia!!!
Conservapedia brings you the same information but without any liberal bias. They even call it “The Trustworthy Encyclopedia” so you know it’s a one-stop shop for all [...]

Where did Joe the Plumber go?

Apparently Joe the Plumber has been briefing congressional Republicans on Gaza!
I’m not sure when this happened, but I just saw it while reading about an interview Jeb Bush did with Esquire, (Jeb Bush being one of the dimwits that was fathered by George G.W. Bush):
Told that Joe the Plumber had briefed congressional Republicans on Gaza, [...]

Palin retires and other observations from the past week….

This is Part II from my previous post.   Since I was away for a week I thought it would be easier on the eyes to break down the posts into 2 segments.
This is Part II:
Sarah Palin retired.  This would normally be exciting news, but it’s made my favorite radio personalities Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity [...]

Palin and John Kerry exchange jokes!

First John Kerry came out with a joke about Sarah Palin, and now it’s Sarah Palin’s turn to respond.
The whole affair got started when Kerry stated that, “[t]oo bad if a governor had to go missing it couldn’t have been the governor of Alaska.  You know, Sarah Palin.”
Not bad, a pretty good shot, a little [...]

The Sanford Story

Here we go again.  Another Republican politician caught in the middle of an extra-marital affair.  I’ll give South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford credit though, when he has an affair he does it big time.
His staff started off the fun by claiming that Gov. Sanford was on a hiking trip, which suddenly seemed unlikely when he [...]

PETA condemns Obama’s treatment of flies (and does PETA kill animals needlessly?)

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) is requesting that the President show a bit more restraint the next time he encounters a fly.
The battle began a couple days ago when a fly with a death wish took it upon himself to attack the President during an interview on CNBC.  After swatting at the [...]

Senator John Ensign: Protecting the Sancity of Marriage One Affair at a Time

I just wanted to say kudos to conservative Senator John Ensign for doing everything he can to help protect the sanctity of marriage.  If it wasn’t for people like him, who knows what would happen to the sacred institution.

It was just a little less than five years ago that Senator Ensign stated on the floor [...]

Early jobs of some famous political figures….

CNN recently listed 13 famous political figures along with some of their early jobs.  Among those listed were Harry Truman, who worked in a mailroom, and Henry Kissinger worked at a factory that made shaving brushes.
http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/worklife/06/08/mf.jobs.of.politicians/index.html
Since I plan on being a great leader someday, seeing this list makes me feel a little better about [...]

Does Twitter make everyone sound like an idiot (or just Chuck Grassley)?

I figured I would include some “Tweets” from Chuck Grassley (of Iowa) just to show how truly magnificent, and ridiculous Twitter is.  Oh, and mostly to show how idiotic Chuck Grassley sounds using Twitter.
I’ve never actually used Twitter, but I have checked it out before to try to figure out what it was. I suppose [...]

Coach K is pisssed at President Obama

My hero, Coach K, apparently is pretty upset at the President of the United States.  Coach K, perhaps best known for looking somewhat like a rat, and coaching the most annoying college basketball team in the country, rarely speaks out when he’s upset, but he does make an exception from time to time.
For example, when [...]
