My posting has been slowed by my sudden addiction to the television show ‘The Wire.’ For years all I ever heard was 
that it was the greatest show on television, and then the rebuttal that nobody has actually seen ‘The Wire’ and therefore reviewers feel confident they can just say it’s great without watching it themselves….or something like that.
Anyway, the show really is one of the better shows I’ve ever seen and I’m amazed I spent so much time wasting hours upon hours of my life watching ‘The Sopranos’ which pretty much sucked after Season 2, when ‘The Wire’ was just as easily within reach.
I’m on Season 3 right now, but I have most of that season to go, and then another 2 seasons following that. If you ever get a chance watch it, and just bask in the glory of seeing some of the best characters HBO has ever had to offer. Omar, from ‘The Wire’, so much more bad ass than any character ‘The Sopranos’ ever had to offer.
